CAMARILLO, Calif. (AP) — The average price of gasoline in the U.S. has dropped four cents over the past two weeks to $2.25 for regular grade.
Industry analyst Trilby Lundberg said Sunday it's the first time the price dropped in 11 weeks. Part of the reason is seasonally lower gasoline demand.
The Lundberg Survey found the average price of midgrade gasoline was $2.54 a gallon while premium was $2.75.
The highest average price for regular gas in the contiguous U.S. was $2.78 in San Francisco. The lowest was $1.95 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

My wife and I were watching TV Friday night when a documentary with that title came on. We both started laughing our asses off, then switched to another channel.
The reasons for our reactions are simple: we didn't need to watch the program in order to answer its title question.
Of course porn degrades women! In fact, the very purpose of porn is the degradation of women! And girls!
Porn teaches that the surest way to bring a woman to orgasm is by ejaculating on her face, and her climax will be even more intense if she's kneeling at the time. Porn teaches that the #1 goal of any "real" woman is giving pleasure to men. Porn teaches that fucking a woman's mouth while her arms dangle at her sides---so that she's not even actively participating in what's being done to her---is hot.
Porn also features women playing mother and daughter pleasuring one man simultaneously, and engaging in "incest" when the man commands it. It also features portrayals of direct incest, mother-daughter, mother-son, father-daughter, entire families, etc.
And then there are the "actresses" who may or may not be of legal age, simulated rape, suggestions of pedophilia, etc. And 90% of porn scenarios end with the male in control, "winning" his encounter with the female.
I think there was a movie against porn once. entitled "It's Not A Love Story," or something similar. It's a MUCH better title than the ridiculous question in the headline!

Election Update: Trump May Depress Republican Turnout, Spelling Disaster For The GOP

Instead of a poll, let’s start today’s Election Update with some actual votes. According to the esteemable Nevada journalist Jon Ralston, Democrats have a 26-percentage-point turnout edge so far based on early and absentee voting in Clark County (home to Las Vegas), Nevada. And they have a 10-point edge in Washoe County (home to Reno).
Nevada is one of a number of states where Democrats usually do better in early voting than in the vote overall, so this shouldn’t be taken to mean that Hillary Clinton and the Democratic U.S. Senate candidate in Nevada, Catherine Cortez Masto, are going to win their races by double digits. But Nevada is an interesting state, insofar as both Clinton and Donald Trump can find things to like about its demographic makeup: In Clinton’s case, the growing number of Hispanic and Asian-American voters bodes well for her; in Trump’s case, there’s the fact that only about one-third of Nevada’s white voters have college degrees, according to FiveThirtyEight’s estimates. Furthermore, Nevada has shown tight polling all year, with Clinton having only pulled ahead since the debates — surprising given that President Obama won Nevada by 7 percentage points in 2012 and that Clinton is beating Obama’s numbers in other Western states.
Those early-voting numbers, though, don’t look good for Trump. Democrats are matching their 2012 pace in Clark County, according to Ralston. And they’re beating it in Washoe County, a place where the demographics ought to be relatively Trump-friendly. If Clinton’s pulling in her marginal voters and Trump isn’t getting his, that’s how things could go from bad to worse for the GOP.

The problem for Trump is that taken as a whole, his polls aren’t very good — and, in fact, they may still be getting worse. An ABC News national poll released on Sunday morning — the first live-caller poll conducted fully after the final presidential debate — showed Clinton leading Trump 50 percent to 38 percent. Clinton’s 12-point lead in that poll is toward the high end of a broad range of results from recent national polls, with surveys showing everything from a 15-point Clinton lead to a 2-point Trump edge. But the ABC News poll is interesting given its recency and given why Clinton has pulled so far ahead in it — Republicans aren’t very happy with their candidate and may not turn out to vote:

Curt Schilling Joins Breitbart

With it is looking increasingly unlikely Donald Trump will be heading to the White House, the prospect that he will partner with his campaign CEO, Breitbart Executive Chairman Steve Bannon, to launch a Trump TV network seems more and more probable. In the meantime, the right-wing website is staffing up with potential on-air talent.
On Monday, Breitbart plans to announce former Red Sox pitcher and Trump supporter Curt Schilling will begin hosting a daily online radio show featuring political commentary and calls from listeners. The broadcast will eventually include a video livestream. The show marks Schilling’s return to media six months after ESPN fired him for sharing an anti-transgender Facebook post with a message that read: “A man is a man no matter what they call themselves. I don’t care what they are, who they sleep with, men’s room was designed for the penis, women’s not so much. Now you need laws telling us differently? Pathetic.”
“He got kicked off ESPN for his conservative views. He’s a really talented broadcaster,” Breitbart editor in chief Alex Marlow said.

Cubs open as heavy favorite to beat Indians in World Series

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Chicago Cubs have opened as heavy favorites to beat the Cleveland Indians in the World Series.
John Avello, who makes the odds at the Wynn Las Vegas, set the line Saturday night after the Cubs beat the Dodgers in the clinching Game 6 of the NL Championship Series.
Avello says a bettor would have to wager $220 on the Cubs to win $100. A $100 bet on the Indians would pay $190 if they win.

More than 27,000 Virginians register to vote after extension

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — The Virginia Department of Elections says more than 27,000 people registered to vote during a brief extension of the state's voter-registration deadline.
A federal judge granted the deadline's extension Thursday after heavy demand prevented some voters from registering online. U.S. Senior Judge Claude Hilton had ordered officials to reopen voter registration in the commonwealth and keep it open until 11:59 p.m. Friday.
Election officials said in a statement Saturday that as of the 11:59 p.m. deadline for online registration, 27,952 voter registration applications had been submitted since the court order. Officials said the final number of applications submitted during the window will be higher when in-person and mailed voter registration applications are processed in the coming days.

Israel thanks Italy for stance on UNESCO Jerusalem resolution

Jerusalem (AFP) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked his Italian counterpart Matteo Renzi on Saturday for his stance against a resolution adopted by UNESCO on Jerusalem.
The UN cultural agency on Tuesday adopted an Arab-sponsored resolution condemning Israel's actions at a flashpoint holy site in east Jerusalem, deepening anger in the Jewish state.
On Friday, Renzi strongly criticised the resolution, saying that Rome -- which had abstained in the vote -- would now oppose it.
"It is incomprehensible and unacceptable, a mistake. I specifically asked diplomats involved in such cases yesterday (Thursday) not to continue like this -- we cannot deny reality," Renzi told an Italian radio station.

NYPD investigates white powder at Clinton campaign HQ

(CNN)An envelope containing a white powdery substance was sent to Hillary Clinton's campaign office in New York and opened by her workers Friday, police said.
Workers evacuated the 11th floor of the Brooklyn office in the evening.
The envelope had first been delivered to Clinton's midtown Manhattan office, which is where all of her mail is sent, said Lt. Thomas Antonetti of the NYPD. It was then transferred to her Brooklyn headquarters, where campaign workers opened the envelope.
The New York Police Department is investigating the incident and testing the substance.
